摘要
本研究以一位从农村中学走出的音乐名师为研究对象,通过访谈、公开发表的成果和自传体文章解读,分析其在微观学习环境中经历的专业学习和发展过程,重点探究教育科研在其中的推动与催化作用。基于此,归纳农村教师的成长动力机制、音乐教师专业发展的特点等,并对体制内教师晋升与发展的科研要求等现象进行反思。
This study takes a famous music teacher from a rural secondary school as a case to explore the facilitating role of educational research in the teacher’s professional learning and development in a micro-learning environment.Based on the analysis of interview,publication and autobiography of the teacher,the study summarizes the mechanism of growth motivation of rural teachers and the characteristics of music teachers’professional development,and further reflects on the educational research requirements for teacher promotion and development within the system.
