坚持守正创新是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论之一。就其生成而言,坚持守正创新是马克思主义基本原理的中国表达,是中华优秀传统文化的精神赓续,是中国共产党思想精髓的鲜活体现,是党对治国理政现实问题的有力回应。就时代价值而言,坚持守正创新是中国共产党谋篇马克思主义中国化时代化发展、布局建设社会主义现代化强国、推进建设长期执政的马克思主义政党的原则规范。就原则要求而言,坚持守正创新必须坚持“一个宗旨”的根本立场,明确“两个敢于”的魄力要求,坚守“三个不动摇”的基准底线,明晰“四向四看”的方向维度。

Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is one of the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.As far as its generation is con-cerned,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is the Chinese expression of the basic tenets of Marxism,the continuation of the spirit of China's excellent traditional culture,the vivid embodiment of the es-sence of the CPC's ideology,and the strong response of the Party to the practical problems of governance.As far as the contemporary value is concerned,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground is the prin-ciple and norm of the CPC to plan for the development of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,build a modern socialist power,and promote the construction of a long-term ruling Marxist Party.In terms of principle requirements,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground must adhere to the fundamental position of"one purpose",clarify the requirements of"two dares",adhere to the baseline of"three unwavering",and clarify the direction dimension of"four directions and four perspectives".
