近年来,公租房得到了国家政策的大力支持,迎来了跨越式发展,但传统的管理方式也带来了管理成本高,出现骗租、转租,特殊人群关爱不足等问题。文章基于NB-IOT及OneNet平台等物联网技术,设计了一套云管端一体化的公租房管理系统,高效率低成本地实现了对公租房的监管需求。

In recent years,public rental housing has received strong support from national policies and ushered in leapfrog development.However,traditional management methods have also brought development problems such as high management costs,fraudulent subletting,and insufficient care for special groups.This article designs a cloud management integrated public rental housing management system based on IOT technologies such as NB IoT and OneNet platforms,which efficiently and cost-effectively meets the regulatory requirements for public rental housing.The scheme has been implemented on a large scale in Guangxi Province,creating economic benefits of more than 16 million yuan.Among them,the public rental housing in Nanning,Guangxi,has also won the excellent case of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and the first prize of the special competition of the Cup.
