摘要
以北方某河道生态景观提升工程为例,从土地征收和补偿方案、生态环境、工程项目管理、技术经济、经济社会影响、社会治安等方面全面分析和识别工程建设存在的社会稳定风险因素,并提出针对性的风险防范与化解措施,以期为类似工程的社会稳定风险分析和风险控制提供借鉴。
Taking a river ecological landscape improvement project in northern China as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes and identifies social stability risk factors in construction project from the aspects of land expropriation and compensation scheme,ecological environment,construction project management,technical economy,economic and social impact and social security.Targeted risk prevention and resolution measures are proposed to provide reference for similar projects social stability risk analysis and risk control.
