某水库堤坝白蚁现状分析及防治对策

Analysis on the Current Situation and Control Countermeasures of Termites in a Reservoir Dam

千里之堤,溃于蚁穴。在地球上存活了上亿年的白蚁对水利工程的危害由来已久,而白蚁防治又是一项长期艰巨且持续不断的工作。主要原因是坝体土质提供了适宜白蚁生存的食物和温湿度,因此,白蚁不治,堤坝难保,水利工程的效益就无从发挥。文章以某水库为例,通过对堤坝白蚁进行普查,摸清目前白蚁存活现状,并分析其形成原因和危害性预测,从而提出蚁害治理措施,以期对其他水库出现类似白蚁危害有所防范。

A thousand miles dike breaks in an ant nest.Termites,which have lived on the earth for hundreds of millions of years,have long been a hazard to water conservancy projects.Termite control is a long-term arduous and continuous work.The main reason is that the soil quality of the dam provides suitable food and temperature and humidity for the survival of termites.Therefore,the benefits of water conservancy projects can not be able to play if the termites are not controlled and the dam is difficult to protect.Taking a reservoir as an example,through the survey of dam termites,the current survival status of termites is found out.Its formation causes and harm prediction is analyzed,so as to put forward some measures to prevent similar termite damage in other reservoirs.
