水利工程中机器人焊接专业的教学模式探讨

摘要 焊接作为中国工业生产中一种广泛使用的加工手段,对中国水利行业的发展起着巨大的推动作用,伴随着机器人焊接技术的出现,在水利工程建设中对高技能应用型人才极度需求的情况愈演愈烈。文章对职业院校机器人焊接专业目前的教学情况进行了分析,发现其教学效果距离水利工程建设的需求目标还相差甚远,对一体化教学模式在机器人焊接专业教学实施过程中的几个关键方面进行了探讨,旨在推动职业院校培养出更多水利工程建设方面的高水平综合性人才。 Welding,as a widely used processing method in industrial production in China,plays a huge role in promoting the development of the water conservancy industry.With the emergence of robot welding technology,the extreme demand for highly skilled and applied talents in water conservancy engineering construction has become increasingly fierce.The current teaching situation of the robot welding major in vocational colleges is analyzed in this article.It is found that the teaching effect is far from the demand target of water conservancy engineering construction.Several key aspects of the integrated teaching mode in the implementation process of robot welding major teaching are discussed,aiming to promote vocational colleges to cultivate more high-level comprehensive talents in water conservancy engineering construction.
