后疫情时代家长视角下家校沟通的现状、问题及对策——以F小学为例 被引量:1

摘要 家校沟通作为家校合作的前提和桥梁,是家校有效合作的基础。家长是家校沟通的参与主体,与班主任接触最为直接和亲密,但新冠疫情的到来打破了正常的教育教学秩序,迫使课堂从线下转移到线上,也使家校共育的重要性更为突显。本文通过网络调查的方式,从家校沟通的方式、家校沟通的频次、家校沟通的时长、家校沟通的主要内容、家校沟通的效果等几个维度,收集了F小学各年级家长对于家校沟通现状的相关信息,认为家校沟通中存在家长与班主任沟通时间不足、沟通内容仍以“成绩”为主、在培养学生的目标上不一致等问题,因此,可以采取相应对策,如班主任应扮演积极角色,合理运用信息化沟通手段;家长应转变观念,关注学生的全面发展;家长和班主任要双向奔赴,目标一致。 Family-school communication serves as the bridge for family-school cooperation,laying a solid foundation for enhancing cooperation efficiency.As the subject of family-school communication,parents are the closest partner with class teachers in a direct way.However,the outbreak of COVID-19 Pandemic has disrupted normal education and teaching,forcing the school to switch its teaching mode from offline teaching to online teaching.That is why family-school cooperation on education come to the front.Through online surveys,this paper collects information about the current situation of family-school communication among parents of all grades of F Primary School from several dimensions,such as methods,frequency,duration,main contents,effects,etc.This paper pinpoints sore points such as insufficient communication time between parents and class teachers in family-school communication;over-concentration on academic achievements of students;inconsistency arising from the goals of cultivating students.Therefore,this paper seeks to thrash out such problems with corresponding countermeasures.Class teachers need to play an active role and utilize all communicating channels reasonably;and parents need to change their ideas and pay attention to students'all-round development.Parents and class teachers should go both ways to realize their shared goals.
