摘要
为提升医学检验技术专业人才培养质量,通过免疫学检验课程教学改革、创新教学模式与教学方法,推动学生职业岗位胜任力培养,以岗位典型工作任务为引领,以职业岗位能力为导向,积极开发活页式教材,改革教学方法,实施多元化教学评价方法和反馈制度。免疫学检验课程教学改革适应时代发展的要求,促进职业教育教学改革,满足医学检验行业发展和高素质技术技能人才需求。
In order to improve the training quality of laboratory medicine thought the teaching reform of Laboratory Immunology course to promote the training of post competency includes typical job tasks demand analysis ability and technology working ability.We actively carry out loose-leaf textbooks and teaching reform that diversified evaluations and feedback systems are implemented.Teaching reform of Laboratory Immunology course promotes the teaching reform of vocational education,the development of laboratory medical industry and high-quality technical talents.
