基于思维导图的无缝隙护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者心理状态及术中并发症的影响

Effect of mind-mapping-based seamless care on psychological status and intraoperative complications in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery

目的:分析基于思维导图的无缝隙护理方案在子宫肌瘤手术中对患者心理状态与术中并发症的影响。方法:随机选取2021年1月至2022年12月100例平原县第一人民医院妇科行子宫肌瘤手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其均分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者行基于思维导图的无缝隙护理,对照组患者行常规护理。观察两组患者心理状态的变化情况,并对比不同护理方案下患者术中并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组护理后的心理状态评分均高于对照组,且术中并发症的发生风险较低,术后患者对护理服务的满意评价更高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在子宫肌瘤手术中行思维导图的无缝隙护理,可有效改善患者的不良心理状态问题,降低术中并发症问题的发生风险,为患者带来更高质量的护理干预服务。

Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing program based on thinking map on patients'psychological status and intraoperative complications during uterine fibroid surgery.Methods:One hundred patients who underwent surgery for uterine fibroids in the gynecology department of the First People's Hospital of Plain County between January 2021 and December 2022 were randomly selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method.Patients in the observation group were given seamless care based on thinking maps,and patients in the control group were given conventional care.The changes in the psychological status of patients in both groups were observed,and the occurrence of intraoperative complications in patients with different nursing regimens were compared.Results:The psychological state scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the risk of intraoperative complications was lower,and the patients'satisfaction evaluation of nursing services was higher after surgery(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Seamless nursing care with mind maps during uterine fibroid surgery can effectively improve patients'poor psychological status,reduce the risk of intraoperative complications,and bring patients higher quality nursing intervention services.
