基于循证案例分析的标准化护理程序对产后出血患者出血情况及并发症的影响

Effect of standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analysis onbleeding and complications in patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的:分析产后出血患者护理中,基于循证案例分析的标准化护理程序实施价值。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年3月本院收治的86例产后出血患者,摸球法分组,对照组、观察组各43例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证案例分析的标准化护理,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:产后2h、24h出血量两组相比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者ADL、满意度评分,高于对照组(P<0.05);较之对照组,观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证案例分析的标准化护理程序,用于产后出血患者,能有效降低出血量,提高患者自我生活能力和满意度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To analyze the value of implementing standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analysis in the care of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty-six patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected and grouped by the touch-ball method,43 cases each in the control group and observation group,with conventional care in the control group and standardized care based on evidence-based case analysis in the observation group,and the clinical care effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the two groups,the amount of bleeding at 2h and 24h after delivery was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the ADL and satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group after care were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analysis for patients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,improve patients'self-living ability and satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
