综合护理在妊娠期高血压疾病患者产后护理中的作用分析

Analysis of the role of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy

目的:探讨对于妊娠期高血压的患者在产后护理中采用综合护理的作用。方法:时间:2022年4月至2022年12月;地点:本院;研究对象:妊娠期高血压患者;样本数量:108例;分组方法:随机数字法,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,观察两组患者的心理状态、血压水平、生活质量以及并发症的发生。结果:护理后观察组心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05):护理后观察组的血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症以及护理满意度比较观察组较为优越(P<0.05);观察组的产后24h出血量以及止血时间与对照组进行比较其数据较为理想(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期高血压疾病患者产后采用综合护理有利于改善患者的血压状况以及心理状态,减少并发症的发生,减少患者产后24h出血量,缩短产后止血时间,提高患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the role of comprehensive nursing in postpartum care for patients with gestational hypertension.Method:Time:April 2022 to December 2022;Location:Our hospital;Research subjects:Patients with gestational hypertension;Sample size:108 cases;Grouping method:Random number method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The psychological status,blood pressure level,quality of life,and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were observed.Result:The psychological state scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were superior in the observation group(P<0.05);The observation group's 24-hour postpartum bleeding volume and hemostasis time were compared with the control group,and the data were relatively ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for patients with gestational hypertension after childbirth is beneficial for improving their blood pressure and psychological status,reducing the occurrence of complications,reducing 24-hour postpartum bleeding,shortening postpartum hemostasis time,and improving their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
