摘要
子痫前期(PE)是妊娠期特有的一种疾病,其全球发病率约5%~10%,严重危害母婴健康,但其发病机制至今尚未完全明确,且治疗仍依靠对症治疗。故本文旨在探讨其发病机制并寻找新的防治靶点。
Preeclampsia(PE)is a pregnancy-specific disease with a global incidence of about 5%~10%,which seriously endangers maternal and child health.However,its pathogenesis has not yet been fully clarified,and treatment still relies on symptomatic treatment.Therefore,this article aims to explore its pathogenesis and find new prevention and treatment targets.
