乡村振兴视角下的村落开发适宜性评价--以门头沟琉璃渠村为例

Evaluation on the Suitability of Village Development from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:A Case of Liuliqu Village in Mentougou

党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,加强农村人居环境整治,各地发展美丽乡村特色旅游,使乡村旅游成为我国旅游类型中快速兴起与发展的类型。我国建设的特色旅游乡村,存在周边自然资源过度开发,以及游客少、管理差、设施简陋的问题,亟须对乡村发展建设提出其他可行方案。以北京琉璃渠村为例,探究适宜性的乡村发展模式,通过立足原有产业基础,优化公共服务配置,构建可持续发展的人居环境体系,以期为今后的乡村建设运营提供新思路。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,to strengthen the improvement of rural living environment,and to develop beautiful rural characteristic tourism in various regions,making rural tourism a rapidly a rising type of tourism in China.The characteristic tourism villages constructed in China have the problems of excessive development of the surrounding natural resources,few tourists,poor management and poor facilities.It is urgent to propose other feasible plans for rural development and construction.Taking Liuliqu Village in Beijing as an example,this paper explores the appropriate rural development mode,and builds a sustainable human settlement environment system by optimizing the allocation of public services on the basis of the original industrial foundation,in order to provide new ideas for future rural construction and operation.
