装配式建筑施工质量的控制要点探讨

装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑工艺形式,在我国城市化建设进程中得以成功应用。但由于装配式建筑在我国起步较晚,施工技术还不够成熟,施工中存在诸多质量缺陷。因此,需加强施工阶段的质量控制,完善施工工艺,提高施工质量和效率,保证工程建设的整体性能,促进建筑行业的安定有序发展。文章对装配式建筑施工质量控制进行研究,分析了施工中常见的质量问题及影响因素,总结了装配式建筑生产、施工、竣工等各环节质量控制措施,以期能有效提升装配式建筑施工质量。

As a new type of building technology,prefabricated building has been successfully applied in the process of urbanization in China.However,due to the late start of prefabricated buildings in China,its construction technology is not mature enough,and there are many quality defects in the construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control in the construction stage,to improve the construction technology,to improve the construction quality and efficiency,so as to ensure the overall performance of the project construction,and to promote the stable and orderly development of the construction industry.This paper probes into the construction quality control of the prefabricated buildings,analyzes the common quality problems and influencing factors in the construction,and summarizes the quality control measures in the production,construction,completion and other links of the prefabricated buildings,in order to effectively improve the construction quality of the prefabricated buildings.
