装配式建筑评价标准研究

STUDY ON EVALUATION STANDARD OF PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS

研究以西安市某装配式建筑项目为例,应用各省市评价标准进行了装配率测算,并对计算结果进行了对比分析。根据长期工程实践,剖析了各省市装配式建筑评价标准当前存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了评价标准发展建议,指出科学合理的评价体系和评价方法是装配式建筑产业健康可持续发展的关键。

This study analyzes the main problems existing in the evaluation standards of prefabricated buildings in various provinces and cities,puts forward some suggestions for the development of evaluation standards,and points out that scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation methods are the key to the healthy and sustainable development of prefabricated building industry.
