摘要
以碧悦广场基坑位于地铁7号线北延段陈村站—陈村北站区间隧道上方的施工为实例,建立基坑与区间的三维数值模型,对地下室桩基施工及基坑开挖对区间隧道的影响进行数值模拟分析研究,结果表明:(1)地下室桩基钻孔过程中,隧道整体变形较小,隧道基本处于安全可控状态;(2)基坑开挖过程中管片结构内力满足强度、刚度等要求;(3)基坑施工过程中应尽量减小对地层的扰动,确保既有隧道安全。研究成果证明了该建筑桩基施工及基坑开挖对区间隧道的影响安全可控,并给出了相关施工控制措施,为同类工程施工提供理论参考依据。
Based on the construction example of Biyue square foundation pit located above the interval tunnel between Chencun station and Chencunbei station in the north extension section of metro line 7,this paper establishes a three-dimensional numerical model of the foundation pit and the interval,and conducts numerical simulation analysis and research on the influence of basement pile foundation construction and foundation pit excavation on the interval tunnel.The results show that:(1)during the drilling process of the basement pile foundation,the overall deformation of the shield tunnel is relatively small,and the tunnel is basically in a safe and controllable state;(2)during the excavation process of the foundation pit,the internal force of the shield tunnel segment structure meets the requirements of strength,stiffness,etc;(3)during the construction process of the foundation pit,it is necessary to minimize the disturbance to the stratum as much as possible to ensure the safety of the existing tunnel.The research results have proven that the construction of pile foundations and excavation of foundation pits in this building have a safe and controllable impact on interval tunnels,and relevant construction control measures have been provided,providing a theoretical reference for similar engineering construction.
