摘要
目前灌浆套筒作为常用的装配式建筑构件连接形式,其性能直接关系到装配式建筑的整体性能。研究按照行业规程中对钢筋灌浆套筒轴向拉伸性能的要求,对多组半灌浆套筒分别进行了单向拉伸、高应力反复拉压、大变形反复拉压的试验研究,通过对试验结果的分析,验证了不同连接钢筋直径的半灌浆套筒的轴向拉伸性能和其作为装配式建筑连接件的可行性。
Grouting sleeves are widely used to connect precast concrete elements.Besides,the quality of grouting sleeves directly affects the overall performance of precast concrete structures.Thus,experiments,including unidirectional tension,high-stress repeated tension and compression,and large deformation repeated tension and compression,were conducted on multiple groups of semi-grouting sleeves to meet the requirements in codes of the performance of grouting sleeves.The results of the experiments reveal the performance of the semi-grouting sleeve with different diameters of connection rebars and the availability of the semi-grouting sleeve to be used as the connection in the precast concrete structures.
