建筑余泥渣土抗压强度及影响因素研究

摘要 建筑余泥渣土作为一种建筑废料,经固化可实现建筑垃圾资源化再利用。评估渣土固化的一项重要指标为土的抗压强度,而影响抗压强度的因素很多,包括渣土种类、固化剂的种类、固化剂含量、养护龄期等,众多因素中,最复杂的就是土种类和固化剂。本研究以黄土、黑土、红土为研究对象,分析了在不同的固化剂含量、含水量以及养护龄期对固化渣土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:不同种类土对其无侧限抗压强度值影响较大,这与土的自身物理状态指标有关;固化土的无侧限抗压强度随养护时间增加而呈对数型增加;试件的无侧限抗压强度随土的固化剂含量增大而增大,且随试件水灰比增大而减小。 As a kind of construction waste,wasted soils can be recycled by solidification.An important indicator for evaluating the solidification of muck is the compressive strength of the soil.There are many factors that affect the compressive strength,including the type of muck,the type of curing agent,the content of curing agent,the curing age,etc.Among many factors,the most complex is the soil type and curing agent.In this study,yellow,black and red soils were taken as the research objects,and the effects of different curing agent content,water content and curing age on the compressive strength of solidified residue were analyzed.The results show that different types of soil have a great influence on the unconfined compressive strength value,which is related to the physical state index of the soil.The unconfined compressive strength of solidified soil increases logarithmically with the increase of curing time.The unconfined compressive strength of the specimen increases with the increase of the curing agent content of the soil,and decreases with the increase of the water cement ratio of the specimen.
