高素质农民是推进乡村振兴的主体力量。跨区域联合培育高素质农民是地域相近、产业相近或互补的两个区域,通过资源共享、费用共担、联合管理、跟踪服务等方式,共同开展面向家庭农场主和农民合作社带头人的职业能力和创新创业能力培育活动。比如上海和湖州的跨区域联合培育实践,政府、培训机构和参训农民共同参与,共享优质培训资源,打造了培训品牌,保证了培训质量,实现了高素质农民培训提质增效、多元共赢。

High quality farmers are the main force in promoting rural revitalization.Cross regional joint cultivation of high quality farmers refers to the cultivation activities of professional and innovative entrepreneurial abilities for family farmers and leaders of farmers’cooperatives through resource sharing,cost sharing,joint management and tracking services between two regions with similar regions,industries,or complementarities.Taking the practice of cross regional joint training in Shanghai and Huzhou as an example,the government,training institutions and participating farmers participate jointly,share high quality training resources,create training brands,ensure training quality,achieve quality and efficiency improvement in high quality farmers training and diversified win win results.
