摘要
研究了分别单掺和混掺不同掺量和长度的钢纤维和聚甲醛(POM)纤维对混凝土力学性能和韧性的影响,并进行了SEM分析。结果表明:单掺POM纤维对混凝土的抗压强度不利,但采用合适掺量和长度的POM纤维能有效提高混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度;单掺0.50%~1.50%的钢纤维能有效提高混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度;与单掺1.50%的钢纤维相比,混掺适量钢纤维和POM纤维能进一步提高混凝土的力学性能和韧性,推荐钢纤维和POM纤维的混掺比例为5∶1。
The effects of different volume contents and lengths of steel fiber and polyoxymethylene(POM)fiber on the mechanical properties and toughness of concrete were studied,and the SEM analysis was conducted.The results show that the single addition of POM fiber is detrimental to the compressive strength of concrete,but adding appropriate content and length of POM fiber can effectively improve the splitting tensile strength of concrete.Adding 0.50%~1.50%content of steel fiber can effectively improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete.Compared with the single addition of 1.50%content of steel fiber,the addition of an appropriate content of steel fiber and POM fiber can further improve the mechanical properties and toughness of concrete,and the recommended mixing ratio of steel fiber and POM fiber is 5∶1.
