摘要
提出一种高效的铝合金的EBSD试样电解抛光液制备方法。选择的电解抛光液为高氯酸和甲醇按1:9配比的混合溶液。研究在温度一定条件下,采用恒压法抛光工艺,通过调节电压、抛光时间电解实验可调参数来确定此电解抛光液的最佳工艺。在此参数下试样用于EBSD测试,得到较清晰的菊池花样及晶粒取向图像。
The electrolytic polishing solution was a mixture of perchloric acid and methanol at a ratio of 19.The optimum process of the electrolytic polishing solution was determined by adjusting the voltage and polishing time.The microstructure of the sample surface after polishing with different combination parameters was observed under field emission electron microscope.The polished surface quality of electrolytic polishing samples used for EBSD(Electron Back-Scattering Diffraction)depends on the experimental parameters of electrolytic polishing.Under which the sample was used for EBSD test,and clear images of Kikuchi pattern and grain orientation were obtained.
