摘要
随着机器视觉技术在工业测量领域的广泛应用,工业相机成为一种十分重要的硬件设备,而相机标定的准确率会直接影响测量精度。因此,通过搭建机器视觉实验平台,以BDB-7型圆点标定板为实验对象,对平移和旋转后的标定板进行图像采集,利用Mech Vision软件对圆点标定板进行相机标定实验并验证测量精度。实验结果显示,标定板的圆心坐标在机器人坐标系下的平均误差在0.003 mm以内,可以应用于工件上下料工作领域且符合其精度要求。
With the wide application of machine vision technology in the field of industrial measurement,industrial cameras have become a very important hardware device,and the accuracy of camera calibration will directly affect the measurement accuracy.Therefore,by building a machine vision experimental platform,using BDB-7 dot calibration plate as the experimental object,the image acquisition of the translated and rotated calibration plate was carried out,and the MechVision software was used to perform camera calibration experiments on the dot calibration plate and verify the measurement accuracy.The experimental results showed that the average error of the center coordinate of the calibration plate under the robot coordinate system was within 0.003 mm,which could be applied to the workpiece loading and unloading work field and meet its accuracy requirements.
