Approaches and Strategies of Integration of Twenty-four Solar Terms and Kindergarten Labor Education

二十四节气中蕴藏着丰富的劳动教育资源,将其融入幼儿园劳动教育,有利于促进幼儿全面发展、提升幼儿园教育质量和推动社会文明发展。幼儿园可依托二十四节气,创设劳动教育园所环境,构建劳动教育课程体系,开展劳动教育实践活动。为有效落实二十四节气与幼儿园劳动教育的融合,可从以下四个方面入手:树立科学理念,追随幼儿发展;践行游戏精神,优化教育活动;完善培训体系,提高专业素质;形成三级联动,整合教育力量。家园社协同推进,提升劳动教育的质量。

Twenty-four solar terms,which contains abundant labor education resources,are integrated into kindergarten labor education,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of children,improving the quality of kindergarten education and promoting social civilization.Therefore,kindergarten should base on twenty-four solar terms to create the environment of labor education,construct the curriculum system of labor education and carry out practical activities of labor education.In order to realize the integration of twenty-four solar terms and kindergarten labor education,the following strategies are put forward:Establish scientific concept and follow the development of children;Practice play spirit and optimize educational activities;Perfect training system and improve professional quality;Form three-level linkage and integrate education power.
