摘要
随着对海外油田市场的不断开拓,进站长输管道壁厚的规范设计要求不断提高。采用国际标准规范,正确计算和校核管道壁厚,不仅影响着管道的安全稳定性,也直接关乎项目的经济成本,是项目设计过程中重要的环节。本文探讨了国外项目进站长输管道的壁厚计算及强度校核、热感应煨弯管壁厚减薄计算。同时从国外某油田项目的实例出发,对进站长输管道的壁厚计算及校核情况进行了介绍和总结,为油田管道设计提供了参考。
With the continuous development of overseas oil field market,the standard design requirements of the wall thickness of inlet pipelines are constantly improved.Using international standards to correctly calculate and check the wall thickness not only affects the safety and stability of inlet pipelines,but also directly affects the cost of the project,and it is an important part of the project design.In this paper,the calculation of wall thickness,stress check and wall thinning calculation of heat bends were discussed.At the same time,through the example of the oil field abroad,the paper introduced the calculation and check of the wall thickness of inlet pipelines,which provided a reference for the design of inlet pipelines in oil fields.
