摘要
本文通过轮胎碳黑、废纺材、废塑料等典型替代燃料的特性分析,制定了应用方案,分析了节煤效果以及对水泥生产的影响,提出了水泥生产固体替代燃料的使用建议,为提高水泥窑化石燃料替代率、降低碳排放强度和生产成本提供理论基础和应用依据。
This article analyzes the characteristics of typical alternative fuels such as tire carbon black,waste textile materials,and waste plastics,develops application plans,analyzes the coal saving effect and its impact on cement production,and proposes sugges⁃tions for the use of solid alternative fuels in cement production.This provides a theoretical basis and application basis for improving the replacement rate of fossil fuels in cement kilns,reducing carbon emission intensity,and production costs.
