川南地区产业链供应链布局问题研究——基于成渝经济圈建设的大背景

Research on the Distribution of Industrial Chain and Supply Chain in South Sichuan——Based on the Background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

四川省虽然经济规模庞大,但存在较为严重的不均衡发展问题,成都平原对四川省其他地区的资源虹吸是主要原因。成渝经济圈的建设,让成渝两地的经济增长得到更多的活力,但同时也让四川省其他地区面临更加强烈的资源虹吸。川南地区作为四川省经济增长的第二极,在成渝经济区建设背景下,一方面要谋求融圈发展,另一方面也要应对来自成渝两地的资源虹吸。要解决此问题,川南地区应该将自己的主导产业建立在成渝两地重点发展产业的上游供应链上,让成渝两地产业的高速发展成为带动川南地区经济发展的动力。

Although Sichuan province has a large economic scale,it has a serious problem of unbalanced development,and the siphoning of resources from Chengdu Plain to other areas of Sichuan province is the main reason.The construction of Chengdu Chongqing economic circle makes the economic growth of Chengdu-Chongqing get more vitality,but at the same time,it also makes other areas of Sichuan province face more intense resource siphoning.As the second pole of economic growth in Sichuan province,under the background of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone,Southern Sichuan should seek the de⁃velopment of financial circle on the one hand,and cope with the resource siphoning from Chengdu-Chongqing on the other hand.To solve this problem,Southern Sichuan should build its leading industry on the upstream supply chain of the key industries in Chengdu-Chongqing,and make the rapid development of the industries in Chengdu-Chongqing become the driving force for the economic development of Southern Sichuan.
