论体医结合、体医融合与体卫融合

On the Integration of Sports and Medicine,the Fusion Between Sports and Medicine and the Fusion between Sports and Health

社会进步与经济发展带来红利的同时,也使人们健康水平面临重大挑战。日趋严重的老龄化现象及不同年龄段出现的健康问题,导致非传染性疾病患病率大大增加且越来越年轻化,不仅降低了国民生活水平还加重了社会负担。国家为提高国民健康水平,进一步推进健康中国建设,提出实施体医结合、体医融合和体卫融合。体医结合、体医融合、体卫融合三者均是实施健康中国战略的重要举措,是基础疾病防治的利刃,在新冠疫情肆虐下更是大有可为。因此,从运动防治疾病与医学治疗疾病的自然科学层面向体育与医疗卫生服务相融合的社会科学层面转变的过程中,探讨体医结合、体医融合与体卫融合及研究现状、时代意义及前景展望,同时对体卫融合的理论研究、课程建设、人才培养、实践应用等方面提出展望,为国内体卫融合的研究及应用提供理论参考与实用方法。

While social progress and economic development bring dividends,they also make people s health to face challenges.The aging phenomenon and health problems in different age groups have led to a significant increase in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases,and this phenomenon is getting younger and younger,lowering the standard of living of the people and increasing the social burden.In order to improve the national health level and further promote the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,three policies are proposed:integration of sports and medicine,the fusion between sports and medicine and the fusion between sports and health.These policies are all important steps to implement the Healthy China Strategy,and benefit the prevention and treatment of regular diseases,especially after the epidemic of COVID-19.Therefore,during the shift from the natural science involving sport and medical science to the social science involving the integration of sport and medical services,this study explored the current status,significance and perspectives of the development from combination of sports and medicine and the integration between sports and medicine to the integration between sports and health.In addition,this study provided the perspectives of the theories,course construction,personnel training and practical application of the integration between sports and health.It is expected that it will contribute to the research and application of the development from combination of sports and medicine and the integration between sports and medicine to the integration between sports and health in China.
