韧性视角下装配式建筑全过程质量评价

Researches on the Whole Process Quality Evaluation of Prefabricated Buildings from the Perspective of Resilience

为推动建筑工业化的发展,提高装配式建筑的质量水平,从“质量-韧性”视角出发,利用文献分析法、vague集理论建立了装配式建筑全过程质量评价指标体系,采用序关系主观赋权法和熵权客观赋权法确定权重,结合多级模糊综合评价法建立了装配式建筑全过程质量评价模型。运用该模型对某装配式建筑进行质量评价,验证了模型的可靠性,并针对该项目给出了改进措施。

In order to promote the development of construction industrialization and improve the quality level of prefabricated buildings,from the perspective of“quality-toughness”,the quality evaluation index system of the whole process of prefabricated buildings is established by using the literature analysis method and vague set theory.The weight is determined by the subjective weighting method of order relation and the objective weighting method of entropy weight.Combined with the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the whole process quality evaluation model of prefabricated buildings is established.The model is used to evaluate the quality of a prefabricated building,which verifies the reliability of the model.The improvement measures are given for the project.
