摘要
针对市场上现有同相供电功率模块体积大、能量密度小、散热效果差、维护不方便等缺点,介绍了一种新型同相供电装置功率模块的总体结构设计思路,阐述了该功率模块结构设计的具体细节,对模块散热器进行了流阻和散热有限元分析,对功率模块的装配工艺进行了描述,为同相供电功率模块的优化设计提供了新思路。
In view of the disadvantages of the existing in-phase power supply power module in the market,such as large volume,low energy density,poor heat dissipation,inconvenient maintenance and so on,it was introduced that the overall structure design thought of a new power module of in-phase power supply device,we described the specific details of the structure design,and analyzed the flow resistance and heat dissipation of the module radiator by finite element method,at the same time,described the assembly process of the power module.It provided a new idea for the optimal design of in-phase power supply module.
