22MnCrNiMo钢表面等离子喷涂CoCrW涂层组织性能的研究

摘要 针对海洋工程用22MnCrNiMo系泊链钢特殊的服役环境,通过等离子喷涂技术在其表面制备了CoCrW保护性涂层。喷涂后的试样分别在850和950℃进行扩散化退火处理,保温时间分别选定为30和120 min。最后利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及ZEISS金相显微镜对试样涂层表面进行形貌观察和成分分析。结果表明:等离子喷涂后的试样经扩散退火处理之后,在电镜下观察发现,850℃退火后,涂层与基体之间能形成一层致密的氧化物薄膜;950℃时基体与涂层之间的互扩散明显,在界面附近形成了一层明显的白色析出相Cr_(2)O_(3)。 In view of the special service environment of 22MnCrNiMo mooring chain steel for ocean engineering,the protective coating of CoCrW was prepared on its surface by plasma spraying technology.The sprayed samples were treated by diffusion annealing at 850 and 950 ℃ respectively,and the annealing time was selected as 30 and 120 min respectively.Surface morphology observations and composition analysis of the coatings of plasma spraying was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) and zeiss optical microscope(ZEISS).The results showed that after the plasma sprayed samples treated by diffusion annealing,it was observed under the electron microscope that a dense oxide film could be formed between the coating and the substrate after annealing at 850 ℃.The interdiffusion between the substrate and the coating was obvious at 950 ℃,and an obvious white precipitated phase Cr_(2)O_(3) was formed near the interface.
