吹砂对已喷丸Almen A型试片强度及粗糙度的影响

摘要 飞机起落架喷丸强化使用的Almen A型试片,在表面处理前需对其进行吹砂处理,用于去除其表面的油污、氧化皮等多余物,而吹砂是否会影响已喷丸过的Almen A型试片的喷丸强度值及粗糙度值,且这种影响是否符合PCS2300及PCS2610规范的要求。为了掌握吹砂对已喷丸过的Almen A型试片的喷丸强度及粗糙度的影响,对吹砂对Almen A型试片的喷丸强度及表面粗糙度的影响进行了试验研究。通过对符合SAE J442标准的Almen A型试片进行喷丸强化及喷丸强化+吹砂处理,通过对比分析法,从而得出吹砂对Almen A型试片喷丸强度及粗糙度的影响。通过试验研究发现,吹砂有利于降低喷丸后的Almen A型试片的表面粗糙度值和喷丸强度值;根据试验结果可知,喷丸后的Almen A型试片经过吹砂后,其表面粗糙度值小于Ra3.2μm,其喷丸强度值减小量不大于原值的10%,符合PCS2300及PCS2610规范的要求。 Almen A type test pieces used for shot peening strengthening of aircraft landing gear need to be sandblasted before the surface treatment to remove residual substances such as oil stains and oxide scales on their surfaces.The sandblasting would affect the shot peening strength and roughness values of Almen A type test pieces that have already been shot peened,and whether this effect met the requirements of PCS2300 and PCS2610 specification.In order to understand the effect of sand blowing on the surface shot peening strength and roughness of Almen A type specimens that have already been shot peened,an experimental study was conducted on the effect of sand blowing on the shot peening strength and roughness of Almen A type specimens.By performing shot peening strengthening and shot peening+sand blowing treatment on Almen A type test pieces that met the SAE J442 standard,and through comparative analysis,it was obtained that the effect of sand blowing on shot peening strength and roughness of Almen A type test pieces.Through experimental research,it was found that the sand blowing was beneficial for reducing the surface roughness and shot peening strength of Almen A type specimens after shot peening.According to the experimental results,it was found that the surface roughness value of the Almen A type test pieces after shot peening was less than Ra3.2 μm after sand blowing,and the decrease in shot peening strength value was not more than 10% of the original value,which met the requirements of PCS2300 and PCS2610 specifications.
