摘要
利用激光填丝焊技术对Al-Si涂层22MnB5热成型钢进行拼焊,并对焊缝性能进行研究。采用金相显微镜观察焊缝微观形貌,结果表明,焊缝未出现裂纹、气孔等焊接缺陷,组织为马氏体;通过杯突试验对焊缝进行检测,发现开裂方向均与焊缝方向垂直;通过拉伸试验发现断裂位置均在母材区域;通过维氏硬度计检测发现母材及焊缝硬度差异在±50 HV以内。上述试验结果表明,该焊接工艺获得的焊缝性能满足汽车行业的要求。
The welding properties of Al-Si coated 22MnB5 steel were studied by laser-filler wire welding for hot formed steel,and the microstructure of the welding was observed by metallographic microscope.The results showed that there weren't free-cracks,pores and other welding defects in the welding line,and the microstructure was martensite.The welding line was tested by cup test,it was found that the cracking direction was perpendicular to the direction of the welding line.The tensile test showed that the fracture locations were all in the base material area.The difference of hardness between base metal and weld was found within ±50 HV by hardness test.The above experimental results showed that the welding obtained by the welding process met the requirements of the automotive industry.
