超高层建筑核心筒内外式液压爬模结构设计技术

摘要 在超高层建筑中,核心筒+外框结构是常见的结构形式,施工过程中也常用液压爬模系统进行核心筒垂直和水平结构施工。基于腾讯广州总部大楼项目,根据其核心筒的结构特点,阐述了液压爬模架体、钢模板和预埋件在核心筒墙体内外侧的设计过程,并针对变截面墙体的爬模爬升进行了针对性设计,有效地解决了爬模连续爬升的问题,在核心筒施工过程中应用良好。 In super high-rise buildings,the core cylinder+outer frame structure is a common structure form,and the hydraulic climbing system is also used in the construction process to carry out the vertical and horizontal construction of the core cylinder.Based on the project of Tencent Guangzhou Headquarters building,according to the structural characteristics of the core tube,the design process of hydraulic climbing mold frame,steel template and embedded parts in the inner and outer core tube wall is described,and the specific design is carried out for the climbing mold climbing of the variable section wall,which effectively solves the problem of continuous climbing mold climbing,and is applied well in the construction process of the core tube.
