“双碳”背景下能源动力类实验室安全文化与制度研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,我国能源发展面临新态势与新挑战,能源领域对相关从业人员也提出了新标准与新需求。能源动力类实验室作为培养能源动力类本科生及研究生能力的重要阵地,其在培养过程中的作用与重要性日益凸显。然而,由于能源动力类实验室内部环境的特殊性和实验操作的复杂性,实验室的安全管理面临一系列挑战。从“双碳”背景对能源动力类毕业生的要求出发,结合能源动力类实验室自身职责和特点,围绕如何构建实验室安全文化,如何完善实验室安全体系,如何从思想认识和制度保障上提高实验室安全管理水平,以保障实验室人员人身安全和实验设备正常运行等方面进行了论述与研究,为实验室安全管理思路的拓展提供了新角度和新视野。 In the face of the new situation and challenges in China’s energy development under the“dual-carbon”background,the energy sector has also put forward new standards and demands for professionals in the field.Energy and power laboratories,as important platforms for cultivating undergraduate and graduate students in energy and power disciplines,are playing an increasingly prominent role in the education process.However,due to the unique environment and complexity of experimental operations within energy and power laboratories,laboratory safety management faces a series of challenges.This article discusses and researches how to build a laboratory safety culture,improve the laboratory safety system,and enhance the level of laboratory safety management from the perspective of the requirements for energy and power graduates based on the“dual-carbon”background,as well as the responsibilities and characteristics of energy and power laboratories.The aim is to ensure the personal safety of laboratory personnel and the normal operation of experimental equipment,providing new insights and perspectives for expanding the ideas of laboratory safety management.
