随着高等教育水平和规模的飞速发展,各高校对实验室硬件设施的投入不断加大,实验室安全问题日趋重要,通过安全文化建设提升高校实验室安全管理水平显得尤为重要。针对安全意识淡薄、安全文化重视不足、安全教育不健全等几个难点问题,从安全文化理念的建设、安全制度的建设、安全教育的建设、安全文化宣教师资队伍的建设四条途径入手,对实验室安全文化的建设和完善、实验室安全管理水平的提升进行了详细阐述。以期为营造良好的安全文化氛围、提高高校师生的安全意识、提升高校实验室安全管理水平提供方向和具体的指导。

With the rapid development of higher education level and scale and the increasing investment in laboratory hardware facilities of colleges and universities,laboratory safety issue is becoming increasingly critical.It is particularly important to improve the safety management level of university laboratory through safety culture construction.In view of the overlook of safety consciousness,safety culture,and safety education,based on the constructions of the safety culture concept,safety system,safety education,safety culture education team,the pathways to establish the laboratory safety culture and improve laboratory safety management level are detailedly elaborated.This is aimed at providing direction and specific guidance for the creation of a good safety culture atmosphere,enhancement of safety awareness of college teachers and students,and improvement of university laboratory safety management level.
