掺塑料废纺燃烧特性分析

摘要 文章针对单一废纺、塑料及废纺与塑料配料分别进行燃烧特性分析,结果表明纯废纺发热量低且变化较大无法满足稳定窑况的需求,塑料发热量较高同时氯离子也较高,不利于成品质量控制,两者以特定的比例配合不仅提升能燃烧性能,同时能降低氯离子的危害,热分析结果研究表明塑料燃烧过程包含在废纺燃烧过程之中,两者最大燃烧速率接近,不会出现分段燃烧导致燃烧不集中的现象,放热稳定集中。 The article analyzes the combustion characteristics of single waste textile,plastic,and waste textile and plastic ingredients separately.The results show that pure waste textile has low heat value and significant changes,which cannot meet the needs of stable kiln conditions.Plastic has high heat value and high chloride ions,which is not conducive to product quality control.The combination of the two in a specific proportion not only improves the combustion performance,but also reduces the harm of chloride ions,The thermal analysis results show that the plastic combustion process is included in the waste textile combustion process,and the maximum combustion rates of the two are close,without the phenomenon of segmented combustion leading to combustion concentration,and the heat release is stable and concentrated.
