摘要 西南水泥5 000 t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线熟料中碱含量偏高,后期强度增进率较小,熟料28 d强度偏低,经过对原材料替代、烧成系统的参数优化和调整,运行质量有了提升,3 d,28 d强度得到了很大提高。其中w(C_(3)S)高达56.16%,28 d抗压强度达到59.6MPa。 The alkali content in the clinker of the 5000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Southwest Cement is relatively high,and the later strength improvement rate is relatively small.The 28 day strength of the clinker is relatively low,After replacing raw materials and optimizing and adjusting the parameters of the firing system,the operating quality has been improved,and the 3 day and 28 day strength has been greatly improved.Among them,w(C_(3)S)is as high as 56.16%,and the compressive strength after 28 days reaches 59.6 MPa.
