水泥窑余热发电系统三维设计实现途径研究

摘要 为提高设计质量,比较多种三维设计软件后,针对水泥窑余热发电工程设计难点,采用以PLANT 3D、Solidworks等三维设计软件为主,用于水泥生产线余热发电工程设计。结合具体工程应用,分别就余热锅炉、余热发电站、厂区蒸汽及热水管网这三个工艺子项介绍具体实施方法,大幅提升了设计准确性及效率。 In order to improve the design quality,after comparing various 3D design software,in response to the design difficulties of cement kiln waste heat recovery engineering,3D design software such as PLANT 3D and Solidworks are mainly used for the design of cement production line waste heat recovery engineering.Based on specific engineering applications,specific implementation methods are introduced for the three process sub items of waste heat boilers,waste heat power plants,and plant steam and hot water pipelines,greatly improving design accuracy and efficiency.
