人类命运共同体理念的海外认知与认同研究综述

Research on Overseas Cognition and Identity of the Proposal of Building a Global Community of Shared Future

聚焦人类命运共同体理念的海外认知与认同研究发现,国外关于人类命运共同体理念的研究文献,大部分围绕该理念的提出背景、理论依据、动机与实践路径进行研究。随着该理念的对外传播,在获得国内外学者的广泛关注与热议的同时,也出现了不少质疑,究其原因主要是西方发达国家习惯于根据自己的历史和文化来解释与其不同历史、不同文化的人的行为,以此论断中国会进行殖民、扩张和称霸。因此,在跨文化背景下传播人类命运共同体理念,需要求同存异、顺应国际传播规律、拓宽话语主体。

Focusing on overseas cognition and identification of the concept of building a global community of shared future,it is found that most of the foreign research literature on the concept focuses on the background,theoretical basis,motivation and practice path of the concept.As the proposal has been disseminated to the outside world,while it has gained wide attention and heated discussion among scholars at home and abroad,many doubts have also arisen,mainly because Western developed countries are used to interpreting the behavior of people with different histories and cultures according to their own history and culture,so as to conclude that China will colonize,expand and seek hegemony.Therefore,to disseminate the concept of community of human destiny in a cross-cultural context,it is necessary to seek common ground while reserving differences,comply with the laws of international communication and broaden the subject of discourse.
