浅谈当前地方金融风险防控及对策

近年来,防范和化解金融风险被提升到越来越重要的位置,金融风险防控工作与国家、地方经济的健康发展紧密相连,因此防范和化解地方金融风险成为促进地方经济高质量发展的重点。从风险角度来看,形成地方金融风险的重要因素主要源于金融机构受众的无序性、地方实体经济发展限制与金融机构经营的盲目性以及金融监管的不及时。防范化解地区金融风险需要重视金融监管体系建设、强化风险防控意识,加强金融机构内部控制,改进金融机构发展体系与服务模式,积极引导金融机构受众科学参与金融活动、加强诚信文化宣传,从而提升地方金融风险综合防范能力。

In recent years,preventing and resolving financial risks has been promoted to an increasingly important position,and the prevention and control of financial risks is closely linked to the healthy development of the national and local economy.Therefore,how to prevent and resolve local financial risks has become one of the key issues to promote the high-quality development of local economy.From the perspective of risk,the important factors that form local financial risks mainly come from the disorder of the audience of financial institutions,the development restrictions of local real economy and the blindness of financial institutions’operation,as well as the untimely financial supervision.To prevent and resolve local financial risks,it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of the financial supervision system,strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and control,strengthen the internal control of financial institutions,improve the development system and service mode of financial institutions,actively guide the audience of financial institutions to participate in financial activities scientifically,and strengthen the publicity of integrity culture,so as to continuously improve the comprehensive ability of local financial risk prevention.
