缺氧诱导因子在牙周组织炎症及再生中的研究进展

摘要 牙周炎是一种牙周支持组织的慢性炎症性疾病,可导致牙周支持组织的进行性破坏,且牙周炎的发生发展与缺氧的牙周微环境有关。缺氧诱导因子(HIF)是一种参与调节机体免疫反应的转录调控因子,其表达水平的变化可影响机体多种细胞的功能,并最终导致疾病的发生。牙周炎所导致的缺氧环境与缺氧诱导因子通路密切相关。本文总结缺氧诱导因子在牙周炎症及再生中的作用,以期为今后临床治疗牙周炎等疾病提供新思路。 Objective Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of periodontal supporting tissues,which can lead to progressive destruction of periodontal supporting tissues,and the occurrence and development of periodontitis are related to the hypoxic periodontal microenvironment.Hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)is a transcription factor involved in the regulation of immune response.The change of its expression level can affect the function of various cells in the body and eventually lead to the occurrence of diseases.The hypoxic environment caused by periodontitis is closely related to the hypoxia-inducible factor pathway.This article summarizes the role of hypoxia-inducible factor in periodontal inflammation and regeneration,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of periodontitis and other diseases in the future.
