贵州省农村一二三产业融合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Industries in Rural Areas of Guizhou Province

一二三产业融合发展可以提高农民收入、优化农村资源配置、促进城乡融合,推进农业农村现代化发展。近些年,国家层面对农村一二三产业融合发展高度重视,应国家发展要求,贵州省结合实际,制定并科学推进农村一二三产业融合发展战略。通过文献研究和案例分析,围绕产业融合模式进行综合研究,立足贵州省农村一二三产业融合发展现状,结合调研情况,针对贵州省农村一二三产业融合发展存在融合层次较低、利益联结机制不健全、生产要素供给不足、基础设施亟待完善的问题,提出要推进产业深度融合、完善利益联结机制、突破要素制约瓶颈、加强基础设施建设的建议,旨在推进农业农村高质量发展、农民持续增收。

The integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries can increase farmers’income,optimize the allocation of rural resources,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In recent years,the national level has attached great importance to the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In response to the national development requirements,Guizhou Province has formulated and scientifically promoted the integrated development strategy of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in combination with the actual situation.Through literature research and case analysis,comprehensive research is carried out around the industrial integration mode,based on the current situation of the integration development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Guizhou Province,combined with the survey situation,aiming at the problems of the integration development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Guizhou Province,such as the low level of integration,the imperfect interest linkage mechanism,the insufficient supply of production factors,and the urgent need to improve the infrastructure,it is proposed to promote the deep integration of industries and improve the interest linkage mechanism,break through the bottleneck of factor constraints and strengthen infrastructure construction for the sake of promoting high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas and increase farmers’income continuously.
