Analysis of the Role of Social Sports Instructors in Rural Sports Activities

乡村振兴是在脱贫攻坚任务全面完成的基础上为取得全面富裕、全面胜利而实施的伟大战略。中央农村工作会议强调,要全面推进产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴。乡村体育是促进乡村振兴的重要载体,为更好地发挥体育在促进乡村振兴中的重要作用,各级政府颁布了一系列指导性文件,以推进乡村体育建设。该文以高平市部分乡村体育活动为例,分析了农村社会体育指导员的现实困境,对体育活动中社会体育指导员作用发挥的途径进行了探析。

Rural revitalization is a great strategy implemented to achieve overall prosperity and victory on the basis of the comprehensive accomplishment of poverty eradication tasks.The Central Rural Work Conference emphasized that it was necessary to comprehensively promote the revitalization of industry,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.Rural sports are important carriers for promoting rural revitalization.In order to better play the important role of sports in promoting rural revitalization,governments at all levels have issued a series of guiding documents to promote the construction of rural sports.This article takes some rural sports activities in Gaoping City as examples,analyzes the practical difficulties of rural social sports instructors,and explores the ways of playing the role of social sports instructors in sports activities.
