课堂诵读《体育之研究》对高校体育教学效果的影响

摘要 为研究在大学体育课堂中诵读《体育之研究》对教学效果的影响,该文采用文献资料法、教学实验法和问卷调查法,对大学体育教学效果不佳的原因进行分析,对《体育之研究》的体育教育意蕴进行解读,对开展诵读班级的学生进行调查。通过研究发现,传统大学体育课以体能锻炼、技术学习为主,大部分学生处于被迫锻炼和被动学习的状态,结课后运动动力不足。在体育课堂中诵读《体育之研究》,能够有效提高学生的体育认识,提升体育价值观念,增强身体健康意识,强化健康第一思想,提高体育教师专业素养,丰富体育课文化内涵,从而唤醒学生自觉锻炼的意愿。倡导在大学体育课程中应用诵读《体育之研究》的教学方式,将思政元素自然地融入课堂教学中,不断提高教学效果。 To study the impact of reciting ResearchonPhysicalEducation in college physical education classes on teaching effects,this paper analyzes the reasons for the poor teaching effect of physical education by using literature,teaching experiments and questionnaire survey methods,interprets the meaning of physical education in Research on Physical Education,and conducts a survey of students in recitation classes.Through research,it is found that traditional college physical education courses mainly focus on physical exercise and technical learning,and that most students are in a state of forced exercise and passive learning and lack exercise motivation after class.Reciting Research on Physical Education in physical education classes can effectively improve students'sports awareness,enhance their physical education values,enhance their physical health awareness,strengthen the idea of health first,improve the professional literacy of physical education teachers,and enrich the cultural connotations of physical education courses,so as to awaken students'willingness to exercise consciously.This paper advocates the application of the teaching method of reciting Research on Physical Education in university physical education courses and the natural integration of ideological and political elements into class teaching to continuously improve teaching effects.
