肌筋膜触发点的牵伸运动治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Stretch Exercise Therapy of Myofascial Trigger points

肌筋膜疼痛综合征患病率逐年增加,流行病学调查显示,95%的慢性疼痛与触发点有关,而通过适当的牵伸运动可使肌纤维被拉伸至正常位置,能有效地灭活触发点,因其操作简便,治疗效果显著,在肌筋膜触发点的治疗方面具有极大的实用价值。因此,该研究将主要对牵伸运动在肌筋膜触发点方面的应用进展进行综述,为肌筋膜疼痛综合征的预防与治疗提供了科学的理论依据与实践基础。

The prevalence of myofascial pain syndromes is increasing year by year.Epidemiological surveys have show that 95%of chronic pain is related to trigger points,and that appropriate stretch exercise can stretch muscle fibers to normal positions and effectively inactivate trigger points,and it has great practical value in the treatment of myofascial trigger points because of its simple operation and significant treatment effect.Therefore,the study will mainly review the application of stretch exercise in myofascial trigger points,which provides a scientific theoretical basis and practice basis for the prevention and treatment of myofascial pain syndromes.
