Exploration of the Renewal and Utilization of Existing Space:A Case Study of the Lanxi Common Prosperity Community Hub

以共富风貌驿为例,阐述了将功能单一的公共建筑与微小空间加以利用转化成弹性空间,实现土地复合开发、高效利用的策略。在保障江堤功能性的前提下,积极探索如何“引景入室”重新建立人与江的连接;维持建筑原有污水泵站运转使用的同时,“嵌入”服务于民的共享新功能。可为共富风貌驿建设中小微空间的更新利用提供参考。

Taking the Common Prosperity Community Hub as an example,this paper discusses the transformation of single-functional public buildings and micro architectural space into flexible spaces,achieving efficient and integrated land development strategy.While ensuring the functionality of the embankment,the project actively explores how to"bring the scenery indoors"to re-establish the connection between people and the river.It maintains the original operation of the sewage pump station,while"embedding"new functions serving the community.This approach provides a reference for the renewal and utilization of small and micro spaces in the construction of Common Prosperity Style Stations.
