摘要
脑机接口技术(Brain-Computer Interface Technology,BCIT)是一种多学科交叉融合的新型人机交互技术,其在肢体功能康复、精神状态监测、识别等方面均取得重大研究进展。但当前的脑机接口康复系统仍处于实验应用阶段,在神经机理、理论技术、硬件设备、交互设计等方面仍存有瓶颈。本文阐述BCIT基本原理及其分类,总结BCIT的国内外现状,归纳BCIT在康复领域中诊断、治疗、评估3方面的具体应用。将康复、脑机接口、护理进行交叉融合,对BCIT在临床应用中具有的优势及面临的挑战进行整理和评述,以期促进BCIT的临床应用、实践设计等研究。
Brain-computer interface technology(BCIT)is a new human-computer interaction technology with multidisciplinary integration,which has made significant progress in areas such as limb function rehabilitation,mental state monitoring and recognition.However,current brain-computer interface rehabilitation system is still in the experimental stage,with bottlenecks in neural mechanism,theoretical technology,hardware equipment and interaction design.This paper elaborated the basic principle and classification of BCIT,summarized the current situation of BCIT at home and abroad,and provided the specific application of BCIT in the field of rehabilitation in diagnosis,treatment and evaluation.By integrating rehabilitation,brain-computer interfaces,and nursing,this article organized and evaluated the advantages and challenges of BCIT in clinical applications,practical design,and research,aiming to promote the clinical application and research of BCIT.
