长江经济带耕地利用生态效率时空分异及组态路径研究

摘要 研究目的:揭示21世纪以来长江经济带耕地利用生态效率的时空分异规律,深入辨析其效率提升的复杂组态路径及演变。研究方法:Super-SBM模型、基于fsQCA的组态分析。研究结果:(1)2000—2021年长江经济带耕地利用生态效率总体上处于中等偏下效率水平,呈现先下降后上升的“U”形趋势,区域内演变趋势存在明显差异。(2)长江经济带耕地利用生态效率提升路径可归纳提炼为技术主导下资源—经济驱动、政策助力下资源—技术驱动、资源与经济双元逻辑下技术—政策驱动3条组态路径。(3)研究期内高水平耕地利用生态效率的组态路径呈现明显的时空演变,且核心条件间存在替代效应。研究结论:耕地利用生态效率是一个受“资源—经济—技术—政策”复杂系统因素交互影响的组态问题,针对长江经济带异质性区域的效率提升应注重路径措施“整体谋划”和“因地施策”,并从生态补偿、技术扩散、环境规制等方面强化流域间耕地保护利用政策的联动协同。 The purposes of this study are to reveal the spatial-temporal differentiation of the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use in the Yangtze River Economic Belt since the 21st century,and to analyze the configuration paths and its evolution.The research methods included Super-SBM model and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The results indicate that:1)from 2000 to 2021,the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was generally at a medium-low level,exhibiting a U-shaped trend.There were significant differences in the trend of change among 11 provinces.2)There are three configuration paths for improving the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use,which can be summarized as resource-economic driven under technological dominance,resource-technological driven with policy support,and technology-policy driven under the dual logic of resources and the economy.3)The configuration paths for achieving high-level ecological efficiency of cultivated land use showed significant spatial-temporal variations,and there are substitution effects among core conditions.The ecological efficiency of cultivated land use is a systemic issue influenced by factors,such as resources,economy,technology and policy.From the perspective of ecological efficiency improvement of heterogeneous regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the emphasis should be placed on the overall planning and location-specific measures,while strengthening the coordinated linkage of policies on ecological compensation,technological diffusion and environmental regulation to enhance the protection and utilization of cultivated land between river basins.
