大型立式混凝土墩柱水化热分析

摘要 大体积混凝土施工期间,水化热反应与外界温度共同作用,容易产生较大温度应力,严重则会产生裂缝。以大型混凝土墩柱为研究对象,其水泥用量、体表比、热对流、配筋率与传统水工、建筑用大体积混凝土均存在较大差异,有必要对其进行深入研究。采用数值模拟方法对墩柱进行初步分析,基于实测数据对墩柱内部水化热反应进行全程监测,同时探索冷却水管通水情况、墩柱水化热发展情况。 During the construction of mass concrete,the joint effect of hydration heat reaction and external temperature is easy to produce large temperature stress and may even produce cracks.The large concrete column is taken as the research object.Its cement content,body-surface ratio,thermal convection,and reinforcement ratio are quite different from those of traditional hydraulic and construction mass concrete,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.Firstly,the pier column is analyzed using numerical simulation,and then the hydration heat reaction inside the pier column is monitored based on the measured data.At the same time,the development of hydration heat of pier column under the condition of water flow in the cooling water pipes is explored.
