施工现场临建太阳能光伏发电技术应用

摘要 结合工程实际,对太阳能光伏发电技术在施工现场临建区域的应用进行了研究。基于在临建集装箱顶部安装太阳能光伏板的方式进行发电的方案,通过对项目所在地太阳能资源评估、系统方案、系统固定形式、电气组件布置形式等方面的实施方案进行论证,得出:太阳能光伏发电技术建设并网发电项目适用于太阳能资源C级丰度以上,光照充足,太阳辐射强的地方;采用转换效率高的450W高效单面单晶硅组件、组串式逆变器、按12°倾角的固定式系统布置组件,可以较大限度地利用太阳能资源和场地;光伏组件和逆变器具有可拆卸性,待变电站项目施工结束,可以安装到变电站屋顶,作为分布式光伏项目向站用电系统提供绿色能源;光伏发电总容量21.6kW,年发电量为2.14万kW·h,光伏电站总体静态投资与常规110kV变电站建设用电费用基本持平,年减少二氧化碳排放量1.6799万kg,契合绿色建造的要求,极大地减少了施工过程对环境的影响。 Combined with the engineering practice,the application of solar photovoltaic power generation technology in the temporary construction site is studied.Based on the scheme of installing solar photovoltaic panels on the top of the temporary container for power generation,the implementation scheme of solar energy resource assessment,system scheme,system fixed form and electrical component layout form in the project location is demonstrated.The results show that the grid-connected power generation project of solar photovoltaic power generation technology is suitable for the place where the abundance of solar energy resources is above grade C,the light is sufficient and the solar radiation is strong.Moreover,solar energy resources and sites can be utilized to a greater extent by using 450 W high-efficiency single-sided monocrystalline silicon modules with high conversion efficiency,cluster inverters,and fixed system layout modules with a 12°inclination angle.Photovoltaic modules and inverters are detachable and can be installed on the roof of the substation until the substation project is completed.And it can provide green energy to the station power system.The total capacity of photovoltaic power generation is 21.6 kW,and the annual power generation is 21400 kW·h.What's more,the overall static investment of photovoltaic power station is basically the same as that of conventional 110 kV substation construction,and the annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions is 16799 kg.In general,it meets the requirements of green construction and greatly reduces the impact of the construction process on the environment.
